Orders ship within 15 working days.

 

For Indian orders

Free shipping within India when you pay online via debit card, credit card, PayPal, net banking or bank transfer.

Flat Shipping of Rs.150 on COD orders.

 

For International orders

Our international shipping partner is FedEx. At checkout, you will see an auto generated shipping fee depending on your location.

 

Order Communication

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details, followed by a shipment email with tracking details once the order is dispatched from our studio.

 

Order Cancellation

Please write to us within 24 hours of placing your order at shop@tilla.in should you wish to cancel your order. We will not be able to process cancellations beyond this period.

 

Returns and Refunds

Our products are rigorously checked for quality before your order is shipped out. Irregularities in weave and subtle shade differences are a mark of handmade goods and not considered defects when they form part of the piece’s identity. In the rare event that your merchandise is damaged, or if you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, we will process your exchange request within 2 working days. Should the requested size be unavailable, we will revert to you with a shipping date or offer you a store credit for 6 months that you can use towards any other purchase. We offer a full refund if your order has been processed/shipped incorrectly or goes missing. No refunds are allowed in any other case. Please notify us of your complaint at shop@tilla.in within 3 days of receiving the order. Returns will be accepted within 15 days of receipt of your email and the order amount will be refunded within one week of initiation. Merchandise sent to us without a prior email notification will not be accepted.

 

We reserve the right to not accept returns or exchanges in case the merchandise has been used or damaged by the customer.
