Dispatch Time

Orders ship within 6-7 working days, unless stated otherwise. 

Courier & Pricing for Indian orders

Our domestic shipping partner is Blue Dart. Shipping is free for all products within India.

Courier & Pricing for International orders

Our international shipping partner is UPS. At checkout, you will see an auto-generated shipping fee depending on your location.

Duties and taxes are not included in your order and are applicable, as per your country's laws, over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout.

Order Communication

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details, followed by a shipment email with tracking details once the order is dispatched from our studio.

Order Alterations & Cancellations

Please write to us within 24 hours of placing your order at shop@tilla.in should you wish to modify, alter, or cancel your order. We will not be able to process any changes beyond this period.
